Meet Nickira
An Atlanta based bridal makeup artist, licensed esthetician, writer and experienced content creator. Outside of her career in beauty and writing. Outsides of her expertise in beauty, Nickira also loves to write about her experiences traveling around the world and explore topics surrounding health and wellness.
“The beauty industry is in my blood.“
Nickira Anderson is an experienced bridal makeup artist, licensed esthetician, writer, and content creator whose passion for beauty was sparked at an early age. Growing up in a salon attached to her grandparents’ home, she was inspired by watching her mother, grandmother, and aunts as they transformed their clients, fueling her love for the beauty industry.
Along with her artistic skills, Nickira discovered a talent for creative writing, excelling in writing competitions and contributing to school newspapers. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Journalism from North Carolina A&T State University. While in college, she worked as a freelance artist for Sephora and MAC Cosmetics and began guest posting for beauty blogs and creating video content on YouTube and Instagram.
With experience at top beauty brands like MAC, Sephora, Urban Decay, and NARS, Nickira now shares expert beauty tips on Instagram and works with clients in her studio, providing facials and bridal makeup. She is eager to combine her beauty expertise and passion for writing to contribute to online publications.
